
Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen became the club’s fourth-highest scoring foreign player on Sunday after finding the net in a 3-0 win over Rizespor in the Turkish Süper Lig.
Barış Alper Yılmaz opened the scoring in the 19th minute, before Yunus Akgün doubled the lead for the visitors. Osimhen sealed the victory with a goal in the 73rd minute, securing all three points for Galatasaray.
The strike took Osimhen’s tally for the club to 52 goals, surpassing Bafétimbi Gomis’ 51 and moving him into fourth place on Galatasaray’s all-time foreign scorers list.
The top three foreign scorers for the club remain Mauro Icardi (73), Gheorghe Hagi (72), and Milan Baros (61).
